Kent W. England founded
Six Sigma Networks in 1995 and is the principal consultant . Mr. England has over thirteen years' experience in delivering high-quality,
commercial Internet services dating from 1987 when, together with colleagues
from MIT
and Harvard University, Mr. England, then with Boston University, founded
the New England Academic and Research Network (NEARnet), one of the National
Science Foundation regional networks.
